What are your totes made from?

Our totes are made from 100% certified organic cotton. They’re free from harmful chemicals and synthetic blends — designed to be durable, breathable, and better for the planet.

Where are your totes made?

Our totes are designed and shipped from Canada, and responsibly made through our production partners with a global network of facilities that meet high standards for labor and sustainability.
All items are printed and fulfilled to order to minimize waste and overproduction.

Who owns On The Tote?

On The Tote is a proudly Canadian, woman-owned brand. We’re based in Toronto and passionate about creating graphic, sustainable pieces that reflect your personality and values - one tote at a time.

How are the designs printed?

Each design is professionally printed using high-quality water-based inks. These inks are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and designed to last — no peeling or cracking here.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum required.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada.
More international options are coming soon.

When will I receive my order?

Because each tote is made to order, please allow the following:

  • Processing time: 2 to 5 business days

  • Shipping time: 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location
    We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Are the totes machine washable?

We recommend:

  • Spot cleaning or hand washing in cold water

  • Air drying only

  • Ironing on the reverse side if needed

Can I return or exchange a tote?

Yes. We accept returns on unused, unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Can I send a tote as a gift?

Definitely. Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout.
While we don’t offer gift wrapping yet, our packaging is clean and ready to impress.
